PlatformProtect enhances security by adding over 300 checks beyond the standard out-of-the-box (OOTB) offerings and conducting manual checks not covered by Health Scan. It also delivers a detailed remediation plan and cost estimate for the most critical issues, backed by experienced specialists in vulnerability remediation. Additionally, we provide a maintenance service to help you sustain the improvements achieved through remediation.
No. PlatformProtect is focused on the ServiceNow application itself and works to improve the Security, Privacy, Platform Health and License posture of your ServiceNow instances. You do not need to purchase GRS, IRM or Security Operations Center to benefit from PlatformProtect.
Not long. An assessment normally takes a week. This includes time for getting access to your instances, performing the automated and manual checks and then compiling the assessment report for you. We actually give you access to the assessment report in an online form during that week so that you can see it fill out as our assessment proceeds.
Not much. Grant admin access to each instance and import an update file with additional checks. We provide change documentation and attend your CAB meetings as needed.
We’ll schedule a 30-minute kickoff meeting at a convenient time to outline the assessment process. Additionally, we’ll arrange a 1-hour assessment review meeting with your ServiceNow Platform owner and Administrators to discuss the findings and remediation steps.
